Personal Data and nature of conferment: Sisme collects and processes Personal Data voluntarily provided by Customers/Suppliers, in particular data concerning the Directors and/or Legal Representatives of the Customers/Suppliers companies and/or anyone acting in their name and on their behalf, that Sisme has directly or even from public sources and/or third parties acquired. The Personal Data of Customers/Suppliers essentially consist of common data (such as, for example, name, surname, email address, telephone/delivery addresses). Failure to provide Personal Data will not allow Sisme to perform the agreed services. Purpose: the processing is solely for the purpose of (i) executing the contract/pre-contractual agreement; (ii) fulfilling legal obligations related to the contractual relationship; (iii) managing the contract (relations with agents, representatives, principals and/or contractors); (iv) protecting contractual rights; (v) carrying out any activity related to the above purposes. Legal basis of the processing: Personal Data are processed on the basis of a pre-contractual contract/agreement, as well as on the basis of any explicit consent. Processing methods: your Personal Data may be processed by means of both paper and computer files (including portable devices), using all the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure an adequate level of data security. Disclosure of Personal Data and Transfer: Your Personal Data will only be accessed by the Data Controller and/or the persons authorised to process them, without prejudice to the need to disclose this data to third parties (such as, for example, accounting consultants, banking institutions, financial administrations, companies and law firms for the protection of contractual rights, agents and representatives) for the purpose of the fulfilment of the assignment conferred. Sisme guarantees, and will always guarantee, an adequate level of protection of Personal Data, even if, for the performance of the above-mentioned purposes, it proves necessary to transfer data to countries outside the European Union.
Rights of the data subject under Articles 15, 16, 17 18, 20, 21 and 22 of EU REG. 2016/679 : the privacy legislation guarantees data subjects the right to access their Personal Data at any time in addition to the right to their portability. Similarly, it is possible to request the rectification or erasure of the same or the restriction of their processing or it is possible to object for legitimate reasons to their specific processing and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority identified by Italian law. Retention of Personal Data and Legal Basis: The data provided will be retained for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and for 10 years after the termination thereof, as stipulated by law in Article 2220 of the Civil Code.
