Account Manager

For our Sales office we are looking for an: ACCOUNT MANAGER

Main activities:

  • Seeking new customers in Italy and abroad, mainly by offering new solutions for their applications;
  • Receiving customer requests and evaluating/analysing needs;
  • Valutazione dei costi e preventivazione;
  • Drafting of the Project-Offer from a technical, commercial and contractual point of view;
  • Follow-up offers with customers with related technical alignment;
  • Commercial negotiation and order/contract negotiation with customer;
  • Internal handover to the relevant technical offices;
  • Customer relationship management during all stages of the sale;
  • Management of the order up to the final stage with time-to-market control and reduction target;
  • Support and assistance in the event of problems arising during the use of the product with activation of the relevant offices;
  • Participation in industry events and fairs;
  • Sales planning and management in line with company strategy;
  • Monitoring data-driven results and proposing adjustments;

 

Requirements:

  • Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering or similar;
  • At least 5 years’ experience in technical sales/sales preferably in industrial sectors;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language;
  • Good knowledge of the Office package;
  • Ability to draw up forecasts and budgets and to analyse job orders;
  • Strong commercial and customer advisory skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to represent the company in different operating contexts;
  • Enthusiasm and energy to feed the synergy with the different departments of the company;
  • Willingness, punctuality and professional ethics in handling the information needed to perform one’s duties;
  • Willingness and aptitude for travel/relocation, also abroad;
