SISME S.p.A. is a company that has been designing and manufacturing electric motors since 1957. Located in Olgiate Comasco (Como), the group’s headquarters, Sisme currently employs 700 people in three production plants located in Italy, China and Slovakia. For our Sales Department we are looking for an: INTERNAL SALES ENGINEER

The resource, supporting the Function, will be in charge of the following activities:

• Customer interface for managing the sales order process and related forecasts;
• Management/updating of sales lists, under the supervision of sales management;
• Customer and internal technical portal management;
• Data analysis and reporting to support commercial/planning;

After 12 months (business development):

• Internal advancement management Projects with commercial impact;
• Offer Creation Support;
• Supporting the sales team in understanding and analysing/developing the market;
• Participation in the demand forecasting process to be provided to Controlling for the annual budget;
• Management of a client portfolio;

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Good interpersonal skills to be able to interface with both customers and other business functions;
• Knowledge of windows package required – knowledge of management systems (SAP or similar) is preferable;
• Knowledge of English and Italian;
